Tema Campus marks Mother’s Day with women’s health outreach alongside Meridian Clinic

Staff and students of GIMPA’s Tema Satellite Campus joined Meridian Clinic for a Mother’s Day community engagement in May, promoting women’s health under the message that a healthy woman is a strong foundation.

GIMPA’s Tema Satellite Campus marked Mother’s Day with a community engagement organised in collaboration with Meridian Clinic. Staff and students, wearing shirts carrying the messages "A healthy woman is a strong foundation" and "Together for women’s health", joined clinic staff for the celebration.

The outreach is one of the campus’s community engagement projects for the year and reflects GIMPA’s contribution to good health and well-being and to partnerships with local institutions. It sits alongside the campus’s work on safety, accessibility and student support.
