Women in Management (WIM) short course for senior-level women leaders
GIMPA Training and Consulting runs a two-week Women in Management (WIM) Senior Level programme, with a cohort starting on 7 October 2025. The course is designed for women in leadership roles and aspiring managers, and aims to build a leadership foundation and the confidence to navigate leadership roles while exploring styles aligned with personal strengths and values.
The Women in Management course empowers women in leadership roles and aspiring managers to excel in their careers. It addresses the particular challenges women face in the workplace and offers strategic insight, leadership skills and a supportive community for professional growth.
The two-week senior-level programme meets from Monday to Friday, from noon, with places for up to 100 participants. A cohort started on 7 October 2025 at the GIMPA main campus. There are no formal entry requirements.
