The GIMPA Hub for Teaching and Learning supports faculty development. It has trained faculty and administrators on the GIMPA Learning Management System, held a case teaching workshop with Ivey Business School’s 39 Country Initiative, and hosted the Ghana Scholars and Practitioners’ Research Masterclass at Greenhill.
GIMPA hosted the Ghana Scholars and Practitioners’ Research Masterclass at its Greenhill Campus in July 2026 under the theme 'Doing Research for Policy and Practice'. The gathering brought together academics and practitioners, with contributions from the Natural Resource Governance Institute, to advance research excellence and policy impact.
The GIMPA Case Study Hub partnered with the 39 Country Initiative of Ivey Business School, Canada, to host a half-day workshop on 4 November 2025 at the Daniel McKorley Moot Court. The workshop was designed to equip faculty with skills in case-based teaching and case writing, with practical guidance on integrating the case method into teaching and learning.
The GIMPA Hub for Teaching and Learning ran virtual Learning Management System training sessions on 28 July and 5 August 2025 for faculty and administrators from all GIMPA schools and departments. The sessions aimed to build capacity to deliver and manage learner-centred instruction on the LMS ahead of the new academic year, with follow-up clinics planned.
