GTC short course: Understanding Climate Change, Impacts, Mitigation and Adaptation
GIMPA Training and Consulting offers a four-day course on the science of climate change, its impacts and mitigation and adaptation strategies. It targets environmental science students, climate professionals, policymakers, development planners, NGO representatives and business leaders in climate-affected sectors, with a cohort starting on 23 February 2026.
This four-day course examines the science of climate change, its impacts and strategies for mitigation and adaptation. It can be taken online or in person.
It is aimed at environmental science students, climate change professionals, policymakers and development planners, NGOs and climate action advocates, and business leaders in sectors affected by climate change. It is open to the general public.
A cohort started on 23 February 2026 at GTC GIMPA, meeting on weekdays from 8:30 a.m., with places for up to 50 participants. A detailed syllabus is available on request.
